Group therapy offers the opportunity to tell the emotionally significant story of your life, practice emotional and relational skills, and explore the challenges of interpersonal relationships. It can be a transformative experience and helps clients cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves as well as their impact on others.

I encourage group members to be mindful, slow down, and invite curiosity to their thoughts and feelings. They are asked to explore their resistances to being fully present and celebrate moments they feel connected to the group. Group members often describe sessions as powerful, engaging, healing, playful, and energizing.
